Commercial, administrative and promotional management, carried out by MASAVEU BODEGAS, S.L. refers to the products from the following wineries belonging to the Corporación Masaveu Group:

For what purpose?

To manage and deliver the orders placed, to proceed to invoice and charge for such orders and to keep customers informed about the order status, offers, promotions and news on our wine products and the wine world.

Why can they do so?

In order to guarantee compliance with the established contractual relationship. On the basis of a legitimate interest of the company to keep you informed about promotions and offers on our products which you have previously shown interest in when you became our customer, however you will have the opportunity to object each time you receive a mailing.

Who else has access to your data?

Your data will be supplied to the transport company in order to deliver your order, to the financial entities or payment platforms which MASAVEU BODEGAS, S.L. works with and to the Tax Office or Regional Treasury Office in the event that the transaction gives rise to compliance with legal tax obligations.

How long will your data be kept for?

Data with tax or accounting significance will be kept for the established legal periods of five and six years respectively. To involve our clients and visitors in our history by making them part of it through different graphic documents which shall be compiled over the years.

Because by indicating the use of the photographs at the time they are being taken and the social media where they may be diffused, and not having objected to us taking the photo, you are giving consent, however you may object at any time if you change your mind.

The photos may be published in the news section of the web page of the winery, and also in the social media site they participate in: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Flickr.

How long will your data be kept for?

The images will go on to form part of the photographic archive of the winery, forming part of our history, and so will not be deleted unless requested to do so. They shall be deleted from social media as they become no longer topìcal or if their deletion is requested.

The data obtained in the satisfaction survey form gives us information on the type of customer that visits our wineries to use for statistical analysis to help us to improve the quality of our service; however we do not draw up a profile with your personal contact details: name and surname, postal and email address and telephone number.

The contact details that you provide to us will be used to send a regular newsletter about the wine world and information on our products and activities. These offers will not be made based on a consumer profile, but on the fact that you are a customer of MASAVEU BODEGAS, S.L.

Because on filling in and handing in the survey you are giving your consent for processing the data for the indicated purposes, even though at the time of filling in the form you are given the opportunity to object to the use of your data for publicity purposes.

The processing of video surveillance images is based on the legitimate interest of MASAVEU FAMILY WINERIES to protect their infrastructure and facilities, and to guarantee the safety of their employees and all people entering their premises.

Who else has access to your data?

The video surveillance and security service is provided by the private security company SERCOINFO SEGURIDAD, S.L., which has access to the data through MASAVEU BODEGAS, S.L.

The images may be provided upon request to Law Enforcement Authorities or judges and courts in the course of investigations or proceedings, or when necessary to exercise or protect the rights of the company or third parties that may be affected.

 

For how long will your data be kept?

Your data will be erased within one month after its recording, with the exception of those images or recordings which must be kept if required during the course of an investigation, until such investigation concludes or if responsibilities are established arising from the recorded activities.
