“Masaveu Bodegas receives the ‘Zero Accidents’ distinction”

Masaveu Bodegas and its employees have received special recognition for their continuous effort and commitment over the past five years in reducing workplace accidents, in collaboration with Fraternidad-Muprespa. The fact that the company’s workers have not reported any occupational accidents or work-related illnesses during this period represents acknowledgment of the company’s strong preventive measures and dedication to protecting its employees.

A total of 1,900 companies have received this distinction in the bronze category, corresponding to five years. This recognition stems from Fraternidad-Muprespa’s commitment to developing activities in the field of occupational risk prevention aimed at controlling and reducing workplace accidents. In this case, Masaveu Bodegas has demonstrated an exemplary commitment to the safety and well-being of its employees.

According to Mar Morales, Director of the Department of Prevention and Health Culture at Fraternidad-Muprespa, “the absence of accidents is not a matter of chance, but the result of a constant effort to promote a preventive culture that recognizes not only the results achieved, but also the journey taken to reach them and the educational work involved.”

Por su parte, Adolfo Santos Folch, director adjunto de RRHH y Prevención de Corporación Masaveu declara que “solo el 20% de las empresas del sector del vino obtienen este reconocimiento de #CeroAccidentesFM”

About Masaveu Wineries

The Masaveu family began investing in the winemaking sector in 1974, when they acquired Bodegas Murua, but the family’s vineyard plantings date back to the mid-19th century, specifically in Castellar del Vallés, where the family originates and where Federico Masaveu Rivell started the steps that a century later would be continued by his descendants.

Since then, Masaveu Wineries has grown steadily with a strong commitment to quality in the production of its wines across different DOs, embracing an ecological philosophy and utmost respect for the land, where it owns its own vineyards, allowing them to convey the unique personality of each terroir in every bottle. In this way, all of Masaveu Bodegas’ projects in different parts and regions of the country are united under a common denominator: Murua (DOCa Rioja), Fillaboa (DO Rías Baixas), Leda (Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León), and Valverán (Asturias).
